Australia

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic Australian orders over $100 AUD.

Orders under $100 AUD are charged a flat rate of $10.99 AUD.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.


United Kingdom

We offer free standard shipping on all UK domestic orders over £60 GBP.

Orders under £60 GBP are charged a flat rate of £5.99 GBP.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 2–3 business days after dispatch.


International Orders

International orders (outside of Australia and the United Kingdom) are shipped from our UK warehouse.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and generally range from 2–7 business days after dispatch.

To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we cover all applicable duties and import taxes on international orders, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.

Please note that while duties and taxes are covered, customs clearance procedures may still cause delays, which are outside of our control.

Shipping Delays

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and secure.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with local postal services or neighbours.

In cases where a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will assist where possible in submitting a claim; however, replacement or refund is not guaranteed.
