Australian Women’s Health featured us – here’s the Workout!

We were recently featured in Australian Women’s Health, sharing a simple, full-body resistance band workout.

This was a pretty huge moment for us, especially after launching just last summer in August 2025! 

Getting featured in one of the most reputable fitness publications in the world greatly helps to get closer to our mission of making effective strength training simple, accessible, and something people actually stick to.

The more honest and evidence-based advice and guidance we can get out there, the better-informed and empowered people will be when it comes to their health and fitness.
